You can book events for the Selsey Walking and Outdoor Festival in a number of ways. When you do so, we will only ask for the minimum personal information to make a booking.
We will record your name and telephone number when booking on one of our outside tables so that we know who to expect on each event. Any bookings made online with Ticket Sou
rce/Ticket Solve will also require a postal address, email address and credit card details to confirm the booking. Credit card details and information taken by Ticket Source/Ticket Solve are held securely on their site and deleted according to their Privacy Policy which is on their website. Please make sure you read this before making a booking.
We will only contact you by telephone if we need to cancel or change an event and we do not use your personal data for any other purpose.
Any details we take will be deleted 12 months from when the booking was made
During the Festival we will be taking photographs and we may later use these photographs on Facebook, the website and future publicity. You are more than welcome to tag yourself in these photos so your friends can see what you’ve been doing.
